Scheduling an Appointment
Booking your appointment online or by phone, we require a cc or debit card on file for no show protection. Your cc or debit card will only be held on file and will only be charged if you do not show or reschedule.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
To cancel or reschedule, lease do so 48 hours in advance ( 2 days), not doing so will cause us to charge a no show fee based on the service scheduled ranging from $25-100 per service.
You are able to reschedule your appointment by phone or by the link sent to you by text confirming your appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a cancellation fee based on the service you scheduled. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any patient who has demonstrated disregard of our cancellation policy.
Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow us to continue to providing the highest quality service for you.
Refund Policy
All services and treatments are non-refundable. Aesthetic treatment results will vary patient to patient, and aside from certain touch-ups done at follow-up appointments, any additional treatments needed to achieve desired results will be priced as an additional treatment.
Children Policy
We adore babies and children, if it is okay with you, its okay with us. Based on the service you will be receiving, your baby may need to be with a family member or in a stroller.
Pet Policy
For the health and safety of all patients, we do ask that you leave your pets at home.
